Vincent Ciniglio
My interest in the human figure, filtered through imagination and experience, is the subject of my
paintings. They depict the human form in a number of its infinite manifestations. Through the use
of color and dramatic setting I hope to reveal a psychological and emotional reality.

Education:
Vincent Ciniglio studied at The New York Studio School from 1969 to1972 working with Esteban Vicente, Mercedes Matter, Philip Guston, Nicholas Carone, Charles Cajori, Gretna Campbell.
He continued work at the Columbia University School of the Arts studying with Guston, Leon Goldin, and George McNeil.
He earned an MFA in Painting in 1974.
